Radhika Jayaraman
Trustee
Radhika is an entrepreneur and learning consultant with over 24 years of experience in learning and training in the field of information technology, specializing in instructional design. Her experience with several leading players in the market has been rich and diverse.
Radhika has co-authored a book, created assessment strategies for global certification programs, performed needs assessments for Fortune 100 organizations, converted staid training to engaging, game-based learning programs, helped a leading carrier manage change through irreverent, but inspiring, learning courses, managed large teams of instructional designers, and built several prototypes on mobile learning and social learning.
Over the years, there have been significant changes in the processes, tools and technologies in the field of learning. But if there's one thing that has not changed, it's this: learning can create magic. And we live in exciting times where we learn from each other, on our mobile devices, on YouTube, via FaceBook, by tweeting...
With the Mission Inclusion Trust, Radhika believes that it’s possible to create a world conducive to learning.
